has been teaching yoga for 15 years and loves inspiring others through yoga. She hopes to share the teachings of yoga in a way that inspires her students to find a love for the practice. Her classes include strong asana, pranayama, yoga philosophy, and meditation. She leads students to their edge, as she shares traditional teachings in ways that translate to modern life. Paige is certified as a Shambhava Yoga, Experienced Registered Yoga (E-RYT) instructor, a Qigong Instructor and a Reiki Master. Her background includes Ashtanga Yoga, Baptiste Power Vinyasa, Anusara, Chinese Medicine and Tantric practices. She has studied with Michael Gannon, Johnna Smith, Manju Jois, Desiree Rumbaugh, Noah Maze, Master Zhenzhan Dao and others.
